Inside Sales Representative 

Overview:

Engage fi is looking for a motivated and well-spoken inside sales representative to join our sales team. The inside sales representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with prospective clients, understanding their needs, scheduling appointments with our sales team, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to generate interest and meet calling, emailing, and appointment targets. 

 To be successful in this role, you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. A top inside sales representative should also be very competitive and a good listener. This role reports to the Chief Growth Officer. 

 

Responsibilities Include But Not Limited to:

  • Communicating with prospective clients, making outbound calls, setting qualified appointments, generating interest around events and tradeshows, and following up on leads.
  • Understanding prospect’s needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Answering potential clients' questions and sending additional information per email.
  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential clients within our CRM system (Hubspot)
  • Staying up to date on industry trends that may affect our services.
  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
  • Staying informed about competing products and services.
  • Upselling products and services.
  • Researching and qualifying new leads.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree - Preferably in business, communications, or marketing
  • 5 years’ previous experience in the financial services industry in a similar sales position.
  • Knowledge of Credit Card Processing, Debit Card Processing, Core Processing, and Online Banking, vendors, tools, and processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
